Having worked in the industry for over 17 years, it is fair to say I have done my fair share of cold calling. We certainly are very much in a digital age but regardless of this creating new client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships is still of paramount importance.
For many the prospect of calling a company to inform them of your product or service is terrifying, however I am here to tell you it is not a terrifying task and indeed it can be extremely rewarding. It is simply a matter of how you look at the task of calling and the attitude you take both whilst on the call and in the lead up to making that call.
I can provide mentoring for team members who wish to proactively seek out new customers or maintain existing relationships for their business. If desired I can also form part of the team and assist firsthand with the task.
